Great product and quick service.
I ordered this shirt for someone at work well in advance of his first marathon, which is in October. I thought it would give him some encouragement. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from customer service apologizing for an unexpected delay in shipping. This was a surprise for someone and there was no looming deadline, but I appreciated the notification AND the bonus gift I was given to make up for the delay. When I received the item it was nice wrapped in tissue paper with some ribbon. It looked very nice which was great for gifting. My recipient LOVED it, which is the best part. It had been quite some time since I ordered anything from OMM and it was wonderful to see they still have a commitment to quality and customer service.

I reached out prior to placing my order as I was hoping for a couple specialty items (verbiage) on my shirts and they accommodated and the shirts look fantastic! I wore one for my race this past weekend and it was great! Thank you for being top notch in your customer service from start to finish (haha, no pun intended!) LOL :)
